Refund policy

These are digital one-use codes, so refunds are not generally available UNLESS a code does not work (and we can tell if a code was redeemed after purchase).

Unwarranted chargebacks via CC or Paypal will be pursued to the limits of the law. We respond quickly and fairly to any disputes that may arise (mostly 24 hours or less), so please email us and be patient and we'll do the right thing.

Refunds are also not issued because you don't know how or where to redeem something for 4K or HD or whatever. Please do your research.

Also: If you have a strange setup of some sort (mobile apps connected to XYZ, a browser whose cache hasn't been cleared in ages, etc), bear in mind my ONLY responsibility is providing a valid code redeemable on the indicated platform (MA, Vudu or whatever). After that, it's up to you.
